By downloading, accessing, or using the Cruise Port Compass mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you.
3. User Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
- Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
- Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.
4. Disclaimers
The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Ship tracking information, weather forecasts, and port guides are for informational purposes only. You should not rely solely on the App for navigation, safety, or strictly timed travel plans.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cruise Port Compass, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App, any errors or omissions in the App's content, or any other matter relating to the App.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your right to use the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
